Questions about static QR codes

What makes these codes static?

Your content is stored directly in the code. There are no tracking links or watermarks, and we do not track scans.

Can I use the generator without ads or analytics?

Yes. You can decline optional anonymous analytics in Analytics preferences. No usage events are sent before you allow them. QR content is generated locally in the browser, and ratings are sent only when you select Send feedback. There is no advertising.

Does a code keep its destination available?

A downloaded code does not expire, but its linked page may change or disappear. Test the destination and your scanner before publishing a code.
